I have already been subjected to automated calls before this measure has even taken effect and there is currently no way to opt out. This makes it even more frustrating than dealing with a live person who usually lies and does not remove you from their list anyways. My biggest concern is that there be strict standards in place. Like being able to stop the calls by choosing from prompts during the call that automatically remove you from that companies calling list. Instead of having to call the company back and jump through hoops to get off of their calling list.
