Regarding: Prerecorded Message EBR, Telemarketing Project No. R411001 Phone calls from telemarketers are an invasion of my privacy. I have not asked nor do I want phone calls from telemarketers that interrupt my dinner and time with my children. They are a nuisance. Please do not allow prerecorded messages from telemarketers to be exempted from the Do Not Call List.
