I hope you do NOT weaken the do not call law by allowing pre-recorded messages. Even with the existing federal and state law I still get calls during dinner and at other times from companies I do not wish now or never to do business with. Please don't weaken the do not call list by allowing pre-recorded calls, strengthen it instead. I pay for my phone service not the telemarketers.
