In reference to Prerecorded Message EBR, Telemarketing Project No. R411001. I am NOT in favor of broadening the ability of telemarketers to contact me. Please keep restrictions on the percentage of automated calls that can made. A "DO NOT CALL LIST" should mean that I DO NOT want to be contacted by telemarketers on my phone at all.
