In reference to Prerecorded Message EBR, Telemarketing Project No. R411001. I am strongly against any rule changes or interpertations that would increase telemarketing calls or contacts to my residence from any source. I would prefer to see all telemarketing calling allowed only on an "opt in" basis where the person receiving the calls must give permission to be called to each telemarketing company. The individuals desire to be left alone is far more important than the "right" of a business to contact us and try to sell us something.
