As a us citizen,I should have the right to say who I want to call me or not. I pay the bills,not the goverment! When the goverment wants to take over and provide free phone service to it's citizens I will change my stand. This issue should come under the privacy act,in order to protect it's citizens,rather than giving into big business. Our rights are slowly being eroded in this country to the point where there may be no return. Please think this through before acting. I have no quarrel with goverment or business,as both are essential,but do not let it run roughshod over it's citizens and their rights..
