I oppose any downgrading of the "do not call" list and that is what this proposal will do. Even with live calls my telephone was bombarded with dozens of calls from telemarketers every day. We had to stop answering the phone entirely except for numbers we recognized. This will increase the volume of such calls and willbe worse than before we had a no-call list. I think America has spoken about unsolicited messages. I wish the restrictions were even tighter on unsolicited calls, not laxer. Rand Evans
