|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:I am strongly opposed to the possibility of companies using prerecorded messages in a call without a live operator. All my calls come in on my cellphone. I signed up for the "Do not call list" and have attempted to have anyone who calls me move me to their do not call list. I have always opted for companies that I do business with to either e-mail or mail me as the contact options. I feel this change will severly weaken the current standards and that the FCC should bring it's rules more in line with the current FTC rules. Thank you.
