If you allow telemarketers to begin using automated methods to call me again I might as well throw my telephone in the trash. I don't pay nearly $40.00 a month for phone service just to allow companies access to me. That is EXACTLY what it was like before the "Do Not Call List" was established. I once had a malfuntioning automate caller repeatedly call my number for every 10 minutes for 3 days. At the time no one seemed interested in helping me in cluding the phone company. These telemarketers cannot possibly contrinute enough to the economy, to the governments coffers, or to anything else to justify accommodating them.
