I do not want to receive any calls from telemarketers, esp. prerecorded calls. Its bad enough that they stuff our mailboxes with junk and our email boxes with spam, now you're telling me I may have no control over my phone? I don't care if I have purchased from a company in the last 18 months, if I want to communicate with them, I will initiate the communicataion.
