Please do not harmonize FTC Do Not Call rules downward to match those of the FCC. Being on the DNC list has returned peace to our home. We spend the same amount of money on goods and services as we did before promulgation of the DNC regulations. The current limit of 3% for automated calls already weakens the intent of the law. Allowing more automated calls will weaken it further.
