Living without constant phone interuptions has been a God send. I'm asking that you represent the average American tax payer and voter instead of once again caving in to the wishes of big business. There is no reason for telemarketers to disturb me in my residence which is bought and paid for by me as is the phone and both are private property. Meaning it should be my choice when allowing anyone to interupt me at either not big business nor the government. So I ask you to respect my right to privacy when making your decision.
