Prerecorded Message EBR, Telemarketing Project No. R411001 I am strongly against the idea of letting telemarketers get around the do not call list in any way, and just as strongly against allowing them to use pre-recorded messages. Please do all you can do to force telemarketers to cease an desist their invasive marketing techniques.
