RE: revised exception to the telemarketing rules. . I do not think the rule change should be allowed for it will increase not only the amount of calls I get a day but cause me great discomfort. Being home and disabled those type of calls makes for a very stressfull day. Also think about the electric and wear and tear on my equipment. I only have one line, what if I am waiting for a call from my doctor and it is busy, it could delay it. I view those calls as even worse than an actual person calling.
