I feel it is unexceptable to allow telemarketing calls if people are on the no call list or to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers. When it comes to the cost of the use of cell phones I don't want anyone calling and using up my time, minutes, or voice mail for telemarketing I have to pay for it not them. If I want information I will seek out the nessesary sources to get it. Please note I am on the no call list for all of my phone services for telemarketing purposes. Do not allow this to pass it is my RIGHT and CHOICE of whom I give my phone numbers out to! Thank you for your time. Mary Higgs
