I believe that this is not in the best interest of consumers. THe do not call list was developed to offer people the oportunity to notify companies not to call. As a current customer of a company I allow that company to call me and offer me products like the ones I purchased. They can certainly have a live operator do that. If they are trying to sell me something else not consistant with what I purchased they should be in violation of the law.
