Do not call means do not call. Even with the existing rules, and having been registered since inception, I still receive occasional calls during dinner. When I point out that I am on the "Do Not Call" list, they hang up before I have the chance to write down the name of the organization. If you are going to make any changes as all, here is one that would be beneficial rather than detrimental: REQUIRE ALL TELEMARKETERS TO HAVE THEIR COMPANY NAME CLEARLY SPELLED OUT THROUGH CALLER ID SO THAT VIOLATERS CAN BE EASILY IDENTIFIED.
