I strongly urge you to disallow companies to leave pre-recorded messages on answering machines. I also oppose the petition to amend the provision limiting the percentage of calls. Pre-recorded calls are still an intrusion. I have registered on the do not call list to avoid that type of call, whether in person or recorded. In addition, the pre-recorded calls actually steal my recording space on the answering machine, and can interfere with personal messages that I do wish to receive. Please respect my wish to avoid being solicited against my will. DON'T ALLOW COMPANIES TO USE MY PERSONAL PROPERTY FOR THEIR INTRUSIVE ADVERTISING.
