What's the point of a Do Not Call list if there is a loophole that allows calls? I strongly recommend that we make the Do Not Call list just that. No loopholes. If a number is on that list, it will accept no calls from any telemaketers. And there needs to be some way that if telemarketers violate that list there is a way to fine them. I think the DNC list should also cover unwanted faxes. Lately I've been received 2 or 3 a week and that just eats up toner and paper. At least telemarketers only stole time.
