Comments:My concern over automated calls comes from an experience I had during election campaigns. When someone calls you with an automated call EVEN IF YOU HANG UP IT TIES UP YOUR PHONE LINE UNTIL THEIR MESSAGE IS COMPLETE AND THEY DISCONNECT. I needed to use my phone quickly and I had to wait for a very lengthy speech to complete. Numbers should have to appear on a caller ID so a person could easily call to ask to be removed from the list.
