Please DO NOT tamper with the DO NOT CALL regulations. Why must we be incessently bombarded with unwanted telephone calls? It's difficult for me to believe that anyone actually listens to prerecorded calls. But even if I do not listen to them, why must I answer the phone for an unwanted call? I suspect that it is the most vulnerable who do listen to the messages and subsequently respond. I respectifully request that the Do Not Call rules remain as they are. Sincerely, Cecile B Michael
