This is written to oppose the proposed changes. The changes allow contct when a business has an "established business relatinship." Unfortunately, that is so broadly interpreted that, if you bought $5.00 of merchandise ten years, ago, you qualify. Even though I'm on the federal Do-Not-Call list, I still receive tlemarketing calls. The callers say they obtained my number "from a computer database." I also oppose the abandonment of the "safe harbor provision" of the law. Dr. Leo E. Laurence
