It would be intolerable to allow anyone to send unsolicited material to any address or to use automated telephone dialing to any telephone. Cell phone users already receive too many junk calls and this cost us money. My telephone is for my use and not any company, organization, or individual to use. Do not allow this to become legal, but make it a felony offense to intrude on one's privacy.
