Telemarketing is one of the most annoying and disruptive aspects of owning a phone. ANY change that increases telemarketers' ability to intrude on the public is undesirable. The definition of "established business relationship" is so broad in this era of corporate mergers and opt-out privacy policies as to be completely ridiculous.
