To allow telemarketers an expanded window to leave messages via answering machines or voice-mail is unacceptable. This is merely a way around the "do not call list" that is now in force. It is incomprehensible that telemarketers would be given the latitude to determine what a "business relationship is" and the sanction to leave messages based on that interpretation. This is nothing more than an effort to hoodwink the FCC and the American public. Please do not allow this to happen.
