I do not agree with the stance that telemarketers may use up private time and minutes of persons with cell phones. Cell Phones are for business or personal use. To allow such invasion of privacy is dispicable. If one is interested in purchasing a service they will. Telemarketers and Companies wshing to sell items should pay to advertise those items and allow interested persons to purchase if they wish. Many of the callers are rude and arrogant especially if they don't get the results they want. Frankly, I don't want to be bothered. If I wish to purchase a service I will do so. I don't need for my arm to twisted.
