I am writing in opposition to proposed changes to the Telemarketer Sales Rule. I do not believe the law offers consumers enough protection from unwanted calls as it is and certainly am not in favor of lessoning those restrictions further. Please consider refusing the requests of the DMA by allowing the current rules to stand.
