I object to all forms of telemarketing phone calls. I hate to be interrupted at home (or work) by someone calling to see if I want to buy something they are trying to sell. If I want to buy something I will go out, do the research on it, and buy it. I don't need someone interrupting me at home (or work) to see if I want to buy their product (or service). As far as recorded telemarketing messages go - I ABSOLUTELY HATE THEM! They are so annoying. They don't listen to you. They take up space on your answering machine. They are a nuisance and I can't believe companies actually get customers through automated telemarketing calls. I just hang up on them. The Do Not Call List was a great idea. Why should people who don't want to receive these annoying phone calls have to receive them?! I don't want to receive any telemarketing calls (personal or automated) - and I shouldn't have to receive them. I pay for my phone service and I should be able to say who I want to call me and who I don't want to call me. Thank you for your time.
