I would be very angry if I were to start getting calls. For the businesses I already deal with, I know how to call them myself and find out anything I want to know. Between that and the paper ads I have no need to be called by anyone else. It is also why I had to turn off my fax, too much unwanted mail. Please, do not allow this loop hole, it will defeat the purpose. Consider the number of people that took the time to get on the list...do you really think it is worth it to turn your back on that number of people that asked for relief in the first place?
