Why would I want recorded messages from telemarketers?! I elected to block annoying messages and calls, why would I now change my mind? This is a loop hole at the expense of the American public--it favors the powerful business lobbies. Please do not permit telemarketers to harrass me with their messages. Where will this end? How truly annoying! --EE
