"prerecorded Message EBR, Telemarketing project No#R411001 please do not adopt this rule. As it is my home number is regisstered on do not call list and I get 2 calls per day minimum from telemarketing firms. When I mention do not call list phone call quickly ends. On My caller id phone is listed as out of area call (may be overseasand US rules may not apply) I do not like when some one else desides who and when they can call me. As a consumer I should be the decision maker in this matter. Would it be Ok to have all FTC employees (including chairman) home phone numbers published so consumer can call them at their leisure and mention their displesure ?????
