The overwelming response to the do no call list for Telemarking when it became available should speak for itself. To now try and amend the verbage from percent of call and time limitations is an insult to the American public. The message it sends to me is the FTC is caving in to pressure from the Telemarketing industry. If I have a "business relationship" with a company, that is my business and I am very capable of contacting them on my own when I wish. I do not need to be contacted via a telemarketer. You asked for the publics response when you ask people to sign up for the do not call list. I think you have your answer from mass America on Telemarketing, we don't want it, need it, or want it amended. Thank you for this opportunity to comment. Linda Rude
