Hello, the whole reason I signed up for the no call list was to stop unwanted solicitation calls to my house, from ANYONE. If you change the rules now and allow these parasites to start contacting me again you have backed out of a contract you signed with the citizens of the United States. I pay a fee for the phone service I use, the solicitors don't pay my phone bill so they have no right to waste my service and time as both cost ME money. You contracted with the citizens of our great country to block solicitors from calling us, if you allow them to start pestering us again you will be in breach of contract. I wonder how many lawsuits will result in a rule change after the fact like this? How much tax payer money will be wasted in dealing with all these lawsuits? It will get prohibitively expensive very quickly.
