RE: Additional call abandonment safe harbor proposal: Just say NO. I so enjoy the silence of the phone no longer ringing throughout the day with unsolicited telemarketers. Please do not give them a loophole to start harassing me again. I do not feel that my privacy should be invaded unless I personally invite someone to call me. This concept of conducting prior business has loopholes big enough for a Hummer to glide through, and I know the companies will use it to their advantage. Please think of the consumer first and our right to a nice, peaceful home and no unsolicited phone calls. Thank you, Paula Krapf
