Please do not water down the rules of the do not call registry by allowing prerecorded messages to be sent to those who's name is on the registry. When I added my phone number to the registry it was because I did not want ANY unsolicited phone calls trespassing on my property. Diluting the rules that benefit the 64 million people who are signed up to the registry, because of pressure from a special interest group, is wrong.
