I am overwhelmed with marketing solicitations. Please do not permit any relaxation that would promote additional phone calls. Further, we should try to restrict even non-profit organizations from making phone solicitations. I receive many such calls in addition to at least a dozen mailings per week. I personally support about 50 charitable causes with once-a-year contributions, and these very causes waste too much of my contributions with repeated appeals; and then apparently pass on my name to other groups, that, like vermin, seem to come out of the woodwork..
