I think that all forms of marketing is intrusive. I would like to see companies(EBR or not) required to request permission to contact me via phone, mail, email and fax. Pre-recorded falls in this category as well as computer generated faxes. Opt out is hidden in the brochures and U have to know to look for this option in the mailings. Recycling for me is primarily advertisements and mailings that I didn't request. Why can't it be set up that the individuals OPT OUT until requested to OPT IN? Seems backwards and expensive as we do it now. Thx for the opportunity to vent. TT
