I understand you are contemplating changes to the Do Not Call registry which would allow, among other things, recorded messages without regard to the Do Not Call registry. DO NOT make any changes to the registry and its rules. I do not want recorded messages interrupting me, just like I do not want a live person interrupting me. Make no changes!
