I am definitly against any weaking of the Do Not Call list. The last year or so without telemarketers interupting my life has been great. Rather the call is prerecorded or live I still have to deal with it on the telemarketers schedule, regardless if I am a sleep, eating or entertaining. Other forms of advertising such as email or mail I get to deal with on my schedule, and is therefore much preferable. Especially email, one click and it is gone without filling up the landfill with junk mail.
