Comments:
Please do not allow increased usage of pre-recorded messages in telemarketing calls. Automated messages allow the telemarketing firms to increase the volume of calls placed to the public in trying to establish a sale. The purpose of your agency is to protect consumers instead of consumers constantly having to adapt to the marketing tactics of telemarketing firms. I want to continue my option of opting out of receiving telemarketing calls using a centralized list instead of having to contact each company individually and placing additional burden on the consumer.
