I oppose the change that allows Telemarketers to use pre recorded messages to call us if we have a previous connection. One of things that occurs to me is that telemarketing companies will go out of business and reform as a new company every six months or so or form a new company for every product they are pushing. Not only that, after the initial outlay for the equipment (which is getting ever cheaper) they would have minimal costs to keep bothering us. No, No, No.
