The current Do-Not-Call list is working just fine, leave it alone. The adding of a loophole to allow companies to send prerecorded telemarketing messages to people on the Do-Not-Call list is a bad idea. People put their names on the list to say leave me alone, I do not want your sales pitches. Now, this loophole would make the whole list meaningless. People pay to have an answering machine or voice mail, so they can stay in communication with people when they are away from their home. They do not pay to have a vehicle for telemarketers to pitch there product. If someone put their name on the list then they are saying they do not want these calls whether it is a person on the other end or a recording.
