With the fee schedules of the wireless companies and the fact that most of them charge for both incoming and outgoing calls, I believe it will create a cost hardship for many individuals if we are inundated with spam type messages on our cell phones. As an alternative, if it is important that we be forced to accept spam, then I believe the rules for charging wireless customers will need to be changed so that only my outgoing calls are chargeable calls
