I hope you will not pass the proposed ammendment. Before I registered for the Do Not Call list, I received a large number of unwanted and unasked for phone calls trying to sell goods and services or asking for money. Many of them were at meal times or at a time when they interrupted a crucial task. I find these calls extremely upsetting. Even if the call was from an automated system, it would still be intrusive and often interrupts meals or other important events. I am thrilled you've instituted the Do Not Call list as it has cut out a lot of these unwanted interruptions. The proposed ammendment would create a loop hole which would greatly increase the number of daily interruptions people receive again. Please vote against this ammendment.
