Comments:
The current Do Not Call list works very well to protect consumers from unsolicited interruptions from telemarketers. I urge the FTC to RULE AGAINST the proposed amendments to the TSR which would allow calls to consumers with whom they have established business relationships, or to change the regs on percentage of unanswered calls allowed. The fact that I may have bought one item from a company does not imply that I want to receive telemarketing calls from them, or from any other vendor.
