I request that prerecorded messages not be allowed to be used for telemarketing calls. At least now when I get a call, I can request that they not call back. If a recorded message is played, the only way for me to tell them to not call back is for me to call them - I shouldn't have to do that. Please do not dilute the effectiveness of the do not call list!
