If any changes are to be made to the `Do Not Call' List, those changes should be more restrictive of telemarketers - certainly not for the creation of loopholes. Already, I am receiving `survey' calls which result in solicitation. I signed up for the Do Not Call List because I did not want my time disturbed - It already is and I certainly don't want any more intrusions into my private, personal time!
