Dear Sirs, I have greatly enjoyed the effectiveness of the Do Not Call List and I urge you to not change the program allowing delivery of pre-recorded telemarketing. Prior to the Do Not Call List, telemarketing activity was causing much more than an annoying disturbance, to the point were my family stopped answering calls. I fear that we will once again return to significant telemarketing activity if the program is changed allowing pre-recorded telemarketing. Thank you. Sincerely, Dallas Wiesner
