Their should be NO way for weasels to sneak past the law preventing them from targeting the public from their unwanted intrusions. Once a phone user has registered he/she wishes not to receive their calls that should be it. May I suggest they pay a penalty of $1.00 or more for EACH time they try to send something to a number where the owner has requested them to desist from calling them.
