I'm opposed to easing the rules making it more accessible for telemarketing, and especially leaving "canned" messages. These are very disturbing because they are repeated "ad nauseum". I'm also opposed to amending the 3-day rule, which again opens up nothing but annoying telemarketing messages. If you have suffered as much as I have with these messages, I am sure you would understand my position. Thank you very much.
